The Coronavirus pandemic made some changes to the functioning of the job market, and in the processes that were followed when corporates were handling their work. For the most part, people were no longer going to offices and were working remotely. While some companies leap on to the interwebs, that was not the case with many of them. Many industries that depended on people working in person had no choice but to wait for the restrictions to be lifted or for changes where they would be allowed to meet in person again.
